Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Sale items, promotional items, and underwear are non-returnable.
Returns are processed as store credit unless otherwise agreed.
Processing Timeline
Once your refund request has been approved, please allow 5 to 7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account.
This timeline is subject to banking processing delays and begins only after all required documentation has been received and verified.
Account Verification Requirement
To ensure the security of your transaction and prevent errors, all refunds are processed via electronic transfer. Customers are required to provide a formal account confirmation (such as a bank confirmation letter)
Note: The account confirmation must clearly show the account holder's name and account number to match the original purchase details.
How to Return an Item
Email us at returns @noxwholesalers.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, email us at support@noxwholesalers.co.za with your request.
You may be required to cover the return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
